Harry Chang
Co-founder, President and Chief Financial Officer of Orion3 Group
Harry Chang, our co-founder, President and Chief Financial Officer has extensive experience across private equity, credit and special situation investments in the U.S., Europe and China. Prior to co-founding Orion3 Group, Mr. Chang was Managing Director at New Frontier and help led the New Frontier Corporation’s $477.5m SPAC and its subsequent business combination of United Family Healthcare for $1.44bn which is listed in the NYSE as New Frontier Health Corporation or NFH.
Prior to New Frontier, Mr. Chang managed multiple private equity funds including the CEL Catalyst China Israel Fund and CEL Global Investment Fund for China Everbright Limited and the Cross-Border CITIC-Kazyna Investment Fund for CITIC Capital. Prior to his work in China, Mr. Chang had over a decade of investment experience in Europe. Based in London, he was a founding member of the Lehman Brothers European Special Situations Group covering investments across Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Prior to his experience in Europe, Mr. Chang was a member of Merrill Lynch’s Leveraged Finance and High Yield Group in New York.
Mr. Chang received a BA from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
