Orion3 Group was formed as an alternative investment platform with CK Asset Holdings Limited (SEHK:1113) (“CK Asset” or “CKA”) as a strategic partner.
The Group intends to focus on identifying and investing in innovative and dynamic companies around the globe that capture industry mega trends, and expects to benefit from the expertise of our management team and the proprietary global ecosystem and resources of CKA, Cheung Kong Hutchison Holdings Limited (SEHK:0001), (“CKHH”) and their respective subsidiaries (collectively “CK Group”). Orion3 Group strives to accelerate growth and optimize and scale operations for its partnered companies, thereby helping achieve the founders’ visions and creating value for all stakeholders.
